First you're going to need
an online text-to-image generator
May I suggest you start with the free program Microsoft Bing?  You can move around to the other free generators once you get the hang of using prompts.

PROMPTS
All AI art prompts should include a description of the subject you want to create. This could be anything from a person, animal, or object to an abstract concept or emotion. Get as specific with your descriptions as possible so the AI generator knows what to look for in its datasets.
For example:
An illustration of an owl…
A photograph of a president…
A 3D rendering of a chair…

I created the angels above in Leonardo AI and used variations of the following prompt...

SAMPLE

Little cherub, long blonde flowing curly hair, big blue eyes, pouty lips, porcelain skin, long eyelashes, white wings, white gown, white satin ribbon, white satin bow, ruffles, hands folded in prayer, lace, white shiny shoes, NO BACKGROUND, AIRBRUSH, AIRBRUSHED, TRANSPARENT.

I like using Leonardo.  I also like Bing.

Leonardo AI has active, supportive communities on both Facebook and Discord where you can interact with fellow creators, receive tips, access tutorials, and find your next big idea.

How to use

 NEGATIVE PROMPTS

It didn't take me long as a beginner in AI to learn how to use negative prompts. A lot of my first pictures came out weird, like dogs with beaks, or ladies with three hands!  I was using NO MUTANTS on almost everything I created but found this great set of negative prompts to ward off the mutants!

too many feet, too many legs, too many fingers, long neck, 2 heads, duplicate, disfigured, deformed, toy, bad art, poorly drawn, extra limbs, extra fingers, weird colors, elongated body, elongated neck, cropped image, out of frame, deformed hands, missing limb, cut-off, low-res, bad anatomy, poorly drawn face, mutation, mutated, floating limbs, disconnected limbs, out of focus, disgusting, extra fingers, gross proportions, missing arms, missing legs, mutated hands, cloned face, ... you get the idea!

Here's some more tips.
